Anees TV — Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 July 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Anees TV application (“the app”), operated by AneesApps LLC, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company (“we”, “us”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What Anees TV is

Anees TV is a media player. It lets you play and organize media from a playlist you supply (an M3U URL or Xtream Codes login). The app ships with no channels, movies, or media of its own. We do not host, provide, sell, resell, or broker any content, streams, or subscriptions, and we are not affiliated with any content provider, broadcaster, or rights holder.

2. Your content and your responsibility

3. Third-party services

The app may use third-party services as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g. The Movie Database for artwork and ratings, and Google Play / the App Store and RevenueCat for purchases). Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms.

4. Anees TV Pro (purchases)

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, playlist, or provider.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the app, the content you access through it, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

8. Copyright & DMCA

Anees TV hosts and provides no content — it plays only the playlists and sources you supply. We respect intellectual-property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe content accessed through a playlist a user has added infringes your copyright, note that we do not host, store, or control that content; nonetheless you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent at support@aneestv.com with: the work claimed to be infringed, a description sufficient to locate it, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond as appropriate and may terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

9. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class or representative action, seated in the State of Wyoming, United States, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. Where mandatory local consumer law gives you a non-waivable right to a different forum, that law prevails.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the app at any time; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
